The Trust has already been involved in a number of legal cases, mainly involving families who have contacted us regarding sick relatives whose treatment they felt to be inadequate or whose deaths they felt were engineered.
Families with sick loved ones sometimes need to know that there are organisations willing to finance legal work if necessary.
